Former control room door removed from DJ Hi-Tek's TekLab Studios. This is a heavy duty vintage industrial freezer door. The unit is in good condition and seals tight, making it a perfect and unique addition to any studio. The door is signed by Hi-Tek noting the dates in which it was in use. The associated hinges and hardware shown in the photo gallery are all included. There is one nut that has seized up on the bolt it's on and will have to be removed. (see photo) This can be done here after purchase, more than likely the bolt that it's on will break.  
 
The door stands 73 5/8" high, 35" wide, and has a total depth of 6". There is a 1.25" lip on the top of the door, a 1" lip on both sides of the door and no lip on the bottom. Weight is approximately 200-300lbs.
