Get the pure sound of analog compression with the convenience of digital recall using the WesAudio ngBusComp compressor.

Based on the legendary Studio Bus compressor that is heard on countless recordings and beloved for its ability to glue everything together, the ngBusComp uses a four THAT 2181 VCAs in the signal chain and one in the sidechain. This gives you a true analog VCA character and sound. While the hardware is analog, you can use the companion plugin to connect to the device via USB or ethernet to instantly recall your settings, freeing you from drawing knob recall positions or taking meticulous notes. In addition to that, you can automate the parameters or record your knob twiddling in your session.Link or unlink your channels for stereo or dual mono operation, as well as mid-side mode.

The output has the option to be either electronically balanced or transformer balanced, and with the Carnhill transformers in IRON mode, you can drive them for a beautiful break-up. On the output, a PAD passive attenuator can be engaged in stepped in 1dB increments to 15dB. Wes Audio's ngBusComp strikes the perfect balance between analog and digital, at home in both worlds as well as in any studio.
