The TS-84 is a robust table stand made from solid brass for situations where the TS-44 is too light – mainly designed for the VM-44 Gooseneck.
 
The TS-84 is designed with a built-in rubber shock absorber to suppress noise from table or desk. The stand has a rubber mounted 3/8″ threading for connection with the microphone holder. The TS-84 has also been fitted with non-slip shock-absorbing bumpers on the housing bottom.
